We started with a wet vacuum to remove as much of the stained water as possible, followed by a wet extraction deep carpet clean. Three hours later, the carpet looked like new. During a follow-up conversation, the hotel mentioned they needed their soft furnishings cleaned for an upcoming event. Since we already had the necessary equipment on site, we completed the job at a reduced cost.
