FREE GUTTER INSPECTIONS
To end the year, we would like to support our existing customers and our local communities by offering a FREE gutter inspection during November & December 2023.
As the weather is taking a turn and the rain increases, we think this is a perfect time to check that your gutters are free from leaves and debris and that rainwater can flow freely. Would you like peace of mind that the gutters at your home or business are clear?
Particularly during or after a heavy down pour, leaking gutters can become more obvious. Water may be overflowing from the guttering or appear to be leaking.
We will visit your home or commercial property with our survey camera system to inspect your guttering. This process will be done using a camera system on an extendable pole, so all inspections will take place from the ground without the need to access your roof.
The footage will be given to our office Team who will then send this over to you on via email or via What’s App.
Gutter Inspection using Camera System
After the inspection, we can provide a free, no obligation quotation for gutter clearing if this is something you may require. If you have the free inspection, there are no expectations that you must use Phoenix Cleaning Company to clear your gutters.
If you do require a free, no obligation quote for gutter clearing, we can then get this booked in for you. Please note we would use ladders, gutter vac or access equipment if required and this will be dependant upon each individual property. As a guide, we would charge £75 for gutter clearing on a standard three bed semi detached house in the geographical areas that we cover. Properties with extensions, conservatories etc would be subject to additional charges.
T’s & C’s
We will visit your property on an agreed date as given by Phoenix Cleaning Company. A visit will take place between 8am & 4pm, specific time slots will not be given.
If access is restricted, a revisit would be chargeable.
The inspection will be on all accessible guttering – access will be required to all sides of the property.
This offer is open to all commercial buildings and residential properties.
Free visits are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.

This offer is open to any property in Wakefield, Outwood, East Ardsley, Lofthouse, Lupset, Ossett, Horbury, Middlestown, Thornhill, Morley, Beeston, Mirfield, Liversedge, Heckmondwike. For areas outside of those listed, please ask the office upon contacting them.
