Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: This giveaway is promoted and run by Phoenix Cleaning Company.

  2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. To qualify for the prize, the nominated individual or property recipient must be a current worker in the Emergency Services or NHS

  3. Location Requirement: The property where the service will be carried out must be located within a 20-mile radius of the Phoenix Cleaning Company registered office.

  4. How to Enter & Entry Limits: Entries must be submitted via our official giveaway posts on social media by completing all of the following steps:

    • Follow the official Phoenix Cleaning Company page.

    • Like and share the official giveaway post.

    • Tag an Emergency Services or NHS worker in the comments and state the service they work for.

    • Limit: Strictly one nomination per person, per social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Multiple entries submitted from the same account on a single platform will be disqualified.

  5. Entry Period: Nominations open on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 and close strictly at midnight (23:59 BST) on Wednesday, 9th September 2026.

  6. Winner Selection & Announcement: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries across all platforms and announced on Thursday, 10th September 2026 via our official social media channels.

  7. Prize Details:

    • The prize covers one Standard Gutter Clean up to the total value of £100.

    • Redemption is subject to a satisfactory site survey conducted by Phoenix Cleaning Company prior to work commencing.

    • The prize excludes any specialist access equipment (e.g., cherry picker hire, scaffolding, or specialist elevated platforms). If specialist equipment is required to perform the clean safely, additional charges will apply and must be covered by the property owner, or the prize may be forfeited.

  8. Claiming the Prize: The winner (or nominator) must contact the Phoenix Cleaning Company office directly via phone (0330 124 4077 / 07369 33931) or email ([email protected]) to arrange the site survey and booking.

  9. Expirations & Non-Transferability: The prize must be fully claimed and booked for completion by 31st December 2026. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  10. General: Phoenix Cleaning Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.
